I have subscribed to a donation plan, what are the next steps?

Welcome on board! Click on the button in the welcome email we've sent you to go back to the Art for Change website. Click on the top-right corner icon to log in using your email address. Once you've logged in, you can see your collection. Your digital collectibles will be delivered here during the last week of each month.

Can I subscribe to multiple donation plans?

Yes, you can subscribe to different donation plans, but you can only have one active subscription per email address. If you want to donate to several plans (of the same, or different type), you will need to use a different email address for each subscription.

Is my subscription active immediately after the purchase?

If you subscribe before the 21. of a given month, your subscription will be active starting from the very same month. If you subscribe after the 21st, it will only be active from the month after. Please note that you'll receive your digital collectible during the last week of each month.

My subscription is active, but I do not have any digital collectibles yet, what's wrong?

Do not worry, everything is fine! The digital collectibles are delivered during the last week of each month. We will send you a notification email when your digital collectibles will arrive! If this is your first month, you may not be able to see any digital collectibles in your account until the first distribution date.

What is the duration of the subscription?

It depends on the subscription type you choose. We have different options (from 6 months to 1 year), so everyone can choose what fits the best their taste and budget. Check our donation plans here.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the "manage my subscription" link on your Art for Change profile page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period (depending on your donation plan) and will be cancelled automatically after that date.

What are the payment methods?

Currently we accept payment by credit card only: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and China Union Pay.

Can I pay in crypto?

At this moment, we only accept payment by credit card: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and China Union Pay.

Do I have to pay the whole price of the subscription at once?

Yes, the payment is made upfront for the period you selected: 6 months or 1 year. See our donation plan plans here.

Are donations to Art for Change tax deductible?

The donations made to Art for Change do not qualify for tax deductions as subscribers receive a digital collectible in exchange for their contributions. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor to understand how this applies to your specific tax situation.

Which wallet on which blockchain do I need to get my digital collectibles?

No need for a wallet to start - your digital collectibles will be in an account wallet we create for you. When you're ready to move (withdraw) them, you'll need a wallet compatible with the Polygon blockchain. This lets you manage your digital collectible on your terms within the Polygon network.

What is the wallet address I see on the top of my profile? It is not my address! What's wrong?

Everything is fine! This is the wallet we have created for you and associated it to your subscription account. We call it a "First Oasis" address. You can move - withdraw - your digital collectibles from here at any time.

How do I "withdraw" my digital collectibles from the First Oasis address?

To withdraw your digital collectible:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the digital collectible you wish to withdraw and click on “withdraw asset”.
  • Connect your wallet.
  • Enter the wallet address where you'd like to receive your asset.
It's that simple! Your collectible will then be transferred to your specified wallet.
